While doing our job, many of us happen to look at contract terms saying that certain clause carrying specific name is to be incorporated in the contract we are negotiating. It is not a common practice that the full text of this clause is being printed in the contract or, moreover, in the recapitulation in cases when the fixture was evidenced by it only.
